My Buddy Pet Care is family-owned and run by a team that genuinely loves animals. Whether it's work, a holiday, or just making sure your dog gets enough play and company, we're here. When your pet arrives, they become part of the family.

I want to bring my dog for daycare/boarding, how do I proceed?
Firstly, you will need to make sure your dog is up to date in the following vaccinations: kennel cough vaccine, DHPPI vaccine, rabies vaccine, dewormed, tick and flea treatment. If your dog is below 3 years old and/or not a regular at boarding or daycare we strongly recommend for you to get your dog vaccicheck'd before attending. Secondly, you will need to sign our registration form and come down for an assessment before attending daycare or boarding.
My dog is not neutered, can they attend your facility?
My Buddy Pet Care has a neuter neutral policy. However, un-neutered dogs will need to be assessed before attending daycare/boarding. Females in heat or pregnant females will not be accepted. During peak times we only accept a small number of un-neutered dogs.
Do you separate small and large dogs?
Yes we do! We separate our doggies based on size, temperament and energy levels.
What should I bring when I leave our dog for boarding?
We recommend for you to bring your dog's bed or whatever they sleep on to help them fall asleep with a familiar smell in their suite at My Buddy Pet Care. We also recommend for you to bring their food to avoid any upset stomachs.
Where will my dog sleep and eat at My Buddy Pet Care?
Each dog has their own suite when they stay at My Buddy Pet Care. This is where they will sleep and eat their meals. Our suites are big enough for 2 small/medium dogs from the same family to sleep together if preferred.
What is my dog's schedule, when he stays at My Buddy Pet Care?
Doggies are let out in the mornings at 6am for a toilet break. Breakfast is served from 7am. Playtime is from 8am to 5pm. During this time your doggy will engage in social activities with his playmates. We also offer lunch time feeding and nap time. At 5pm dinner will be served and then toilet breaks throughout the evening.
Do you offer transport?
Yes we do. Our drivers are highly qualified and we assure you your doggy will be jumping for joy when he sees our drivers at your doorstep! We also offer pet taxi services if you need to bring your dog along on your outings. Advance booking is required and subject to availability.
What is your dog to handler ratio?
We have 1 highly-qualified handler to every 6-10 dogs!
Will you send me updates of my dogs stay?
Yes. We send pictures and/or videos of your doggies staying with us.
